A Word from Laura: Music Director Search Update

Western Members and Friends,

The search committee for a new music director has been meeting, and I wanted to update all of you! The committee, chaired by Greta Morris, includes Carlton Brose, Alec Resurreccion, Letitia Obeng Roche and myself. Paul Vasile has helped to resource our group, guiding a discussion of what we hope for, incorporating thoughts from our leadership retreat and position descriptions from other churches.

A timeline is below; please stay tuned over the next few weeks for a time for a choir and congregational discussion of the position description. I also hope you’ll keep this process and our future candidates in your thoughts and prayers.
