Session Notes - January

Your Session sat, by Zoom, for its first regular monthly meeting of the year this week. We welcomed four new Elders, Kathy Hawk, Nicole Jackson, Amy Lenander and David Little, and elected a new Clerk, Becky Koenig.  Paul Fiddick will serve as Treasurer and Cindy Stevens as Nominating Committee Chair this year. 

The January meeting is usually devoted to organizational housekeeping, made more difficult this year because of the uncertainties of the pandemic. Two things we know for certain.  At least through the end of this month we worship exclusively online. Our priority, though, is to “gather our flock” and resume our robust community life in-person as soon as it’s prudent and safe. We will discuss this more at our annual congregation meeting coming up (virtually) on the 30th -- we’re eager to hear what you think.
