Cafe Justo

Betsy Carter plans to order coffee from Cafe Justo in Mexico early next week, now that Western is open and folks are coming to church.

Ordering roasted Café Justo supports a cooperative of small farmers in Chiapas, Mexico who cannot make a living solely by growing the beans. Roasting, grinding and shipping the coffee provides the farmers with a reasonable livelihood. The cooperative’s café in Aqua Prieta by the border also provides barista training for migrants and a wonderful gathering place.
